Food on the karst plateau

Ha Giang is known as a mountainous province with breathtaking scenary, diversified customs, festivals, and high rocky mountains. In particular, there are a lot of wonderful natural products to be found here. Their attractive food culture is one of the most spectacular, where all of many and varied dishes are made from natural ingredients. As a result, food of the Ha Giang Karst plateau is reputed to have among the most interesting and impressive tastes of all Vietnamese food.
